Adrian has been part of the HPDI team since 2021 and has conquered us with his proactivity and desire to do things. It’s the person who says, “COME ON!” when you propose a challenge.
A graduate of the Faculty of Security and Defense, and the Faculty of Political Sciences, he found his passion and founded an association of students who deal with sending students to internships at the Government and Parliament.
He later made his own way to the banking sector, after leaving the banks of higher education, for a duration of 5 years.
When he felt the need to make a change in his life and career, he chose to be part of the HPDI team in the sales department.
Later, his organizational skills, planning and willingness to take action led him to the logistics area, so Adrian is now in charge of managing the materials flow for teambuildings and everything related to the administration of the office in Bucharest.
He grows people by getting involved in the proper development and coordination of our materials. Adrian is also a teambuilding facilitator and Project Manager.
Our colleague Adrian is passionate about socializing, personal development and hiking, and since 2021 he has been working with the digital field integrated in our online projects.
