Why Management of Human Errors?
Human errors affect both team dynamics and performance, and the associated consequences and losses can be translated into time, energy, and resources. By understanding the factors that lead us to errors, we together build prevention strategies that can be applied within the team. Inspired by the study of aviation accidents, this course is based on knowledge about how people work, with the goal of improving performance by reducing errors.
