It’s time to exercise your emotional muscle. As it is in physical training, we need a strategy and a good understanding of the steps we need to take and especially the goal we are aiming for. Change begins in us through seeking, listening, and challenging ourselves.
If we know what we want, we need to respond to “How?” We explore the methods of emotional training, starting from the inside out and helping ourselves with examples and practical exercises. We have a personal approach, open and oriented toward personal analysis, a process that we talk about in the course.
