Madalina is a trainer, team building facilitator, MC at events, and senior project manager for HPDI programs where she always manages to bring energy and a good spirit. She has vast experience in working with teams since 2006 and is also an accredited trainer in the Belbin methodology – Team Roles.
In addition to her experience in team building, Mădălina also delivers training programs on various topics such as People Management, Teamwork, Time Management, Project Management, and Assertive Communication and Feedback. In each topic, Mădălina brings from her experience in working with teams some ingredients that can help find solutions.

Her passion for the job and her mission to raise people led to a reinvention of Mădălina, which proves her ability to give a personal note to each event and to adapt to each situation. Mădălina’s superpowers are to deliver energy to people in team building and training events and to organize every project to the smallest detail for HPDI clients.
Mădălina was a teambuilding facilitator for the first time in 2006 and she loved it so much that she hasn’t stopped since. And from the experience she gathered, she started sharing it with HPDI ambassadors. She launched the Facilitation Academy in 2017, based on her desire that the entire HPDI team delivers excellence in the projects they carry out.
Since 2019, she is working in the digital environment through online training and team building. She designed a series of digital programs for teams, but also webinars focused on team dynamics, relationships, and building authentic relationships.
