Introduction
In the HPDI art workshop we take advantage of the creative process to encourage participants to connect with their emotions and team members, and to discover their common values.
Description
We start from simple contours on white canvas, specially created by an artist to illustrate innovatively the values and vision of the company or even a current team objective. All the paintings will have a medium degree of difficulty and will be painted 30% to provide chromatic inspiration to the participants.
Participants will be divided into teams. Each team will have a representative who will choose the drawing pattern. They will then work side by side to make the works of art, with the support of our artists, Iulian and Carmen Drăghici.
The finished paintings with a ‘vernish final’ protective coating can be displayed even the next day in the office. This way, the participants will remember the experience they had with the team.
