Bogdan is a graduate of the University of Bucharest, specializing in Tourism Management. He received an Erasmus grant, participating in a 3-month training program in Wales and England. He continued his studies with a Master in International Trade at the Academy of Economic Studies.

He has 16 years of experience in sales, mostly within Orange Romania (Business Retention Analyst, Business Sales Representative, Concept Store Manager, Direct Sales Manager). At the beginning of 2016, he joined Trend Consult as a consultant, being trained as a trainer and licensed in-house on the specific concepts and methodology of Trend Consult. In 2019, he completed and implemented a soul project – Youngminds, an afterschool concept based on play, practical applications, scientific and social experiments.

In 2020, he graduated from the International Coach Academy and is certified ACTP – CPC and ACC within the International Coach Federation (ICF). The first managerial position occupied by Bogdan was that of concept Store Manager. Beyond maintaining and improving the operational flows in the store, supervising the management of the stocks of products sold or monitoring the specific performance indicators, Bogdan organized weekly various events promoting the brand of the concept store, together with advertising companies. The concept of the store run by Bogdan was an innovative one, meant to convey to customers the values of the company.

From the position of direct Sales Manager, Bogdan created a new model of sales team within the retail department. This national direct sales team aimed to proactively and systematically identify and develop small businesses in the market that converge with telecom. His team’s strategy was to ensure the access of employees of the big Orange client companies to customized packages, accessible on the B2C market.

From the position of consultant and trainer, Bogdan developed and implemented sales processes, offered consulting and CRM implementation; establishment of KPI and commissioning mode, interim sales management in small and medium companies as well as development of sales strategy for sales and telesales departments in corporations. Bogdan has trained sales forces in large companies in Negotiation, Sales and Customer Care.

As an entrepreneur at Youngminds and through on-site activities, he supports parents in educating their children by training both hemispheres of their brains to grow into successful leaders.

As a coach, he partners with executives and business leaders as well as young adults (pupils and students) who are looking for clarity, both in their professional and personal lives.
