With more than 10 years of experience in sales, Florentina loves contact with people, listening to them, understanding their needs, and also helping them achieve the best version of themselves. After 8 years in the hotel industry and organizing events, Florentina knows exactly what people need when they want to be brought together. She completed her professional experience with sales of fun teambuilding events, cooking or cocktail workshops, showing teams of all sizes unique ways to connect.
And maybe that’s why Florentina loves people so much: because she has the courage to take them into situations where they never imagined they would be and love it!
For her, sales are really fun when she believes in what she has to offer. That’s why HPDI is the place to which she comes and goes with a smile on her face because she helps people and teams get better.
Her hobbies include dancing (especially Latin music – she will often greet you in Spanish, so get your dictionaries ready!), Sports (a lot of energy has to go somewhere constructive and fun) and travel (in places, you guessed it… hot! ).
But above all, Florentina is a positive person, always ready to help her team grow together and break down new barriers.
