In today’s business environment, challenges arise at every step. To become an effective leader you must be able to respond to these challenges with skill, expertise and strategic approach.

Beyond the individual aspects, the leader must identify the meaning he gives to group dynamics by using emotional and management skills. It will be able to guide teams in achieving goals, understanding values, communication, collaboration and conflict management. Rising Stars Academy stimulates, in a unique way, the development of the skills necessary for any leader, encouraging proactivity and can do attitude.

Learning Journey

We build the visual identity of the program and an attractive landing page, we engage the participants in a constant mechanism of teasers and well-targeted messages (newsletters, learning pills, etc.). We will organize a kick-off and a one-hour closing session with a special guest – it can be from the company or outside of it, to generate impact and enthusiasm.

Development needs will be collected from participants through anonymous online questionnaires about the Academy’s topics and the competencies the organization wants to develop.

The training sessions will follow the principles of blended learning, alternating the online with the offline. They will have a well balanced content of theory (20%) and exercises (80%), allowing for the direct application and exercise of assimilated information. Each topic will be followed by a day of individual coaching. Participants will share the difficulties they face and generate their own solutions for real professional situations.

A month of gamified follow-up after the sessions are over. Through the YOUKNO application, participants will form discussion groups, led by a consultant, to facilitate the integration of the knowledge acquired during the training sessions.
