Why STORYTELLING?

We grew up and learned what was right and what was wrong by listening to stories. We have understood what we want and what we don’t like and we have determined how we want to be when we grow up in the same way. The business environment is no exception. We decide where we want to work based on the stories we hear about those companies.

We accept challenges and high targets when we come to believe in them and in the story that makes us imagine the future.

This training shows ways in which numbers and targets take on a human side, become reasons for a greater effort, turn into meaningful things for employees or business partners.
