Why Collaborating for Success?
It is said that teams are true “emotional incubators,” and the contagious energy of positive emotions can lead to efficient collaboration, trust, and progress. Negative emotions, on the other hand, such as frustration, anger, or insecurity, can work against the team and negatively impact collaboration and results. This type of dynamic is found in all teams and organizations. However, addressing tensions in a constructive manner – a mechanism that underlies effective collaboration, perceiving obstacles as opportunities for growth and learning rather than as failures, a willingness to collaborate and share information, a “Can do” attitude, or the belief that others can also develop professionally, are specific elements of mature teams that support a growth mindset.
This training uniquely stimulates team collaboration and key aspects of their development: curiosity, reducing the fear of making mistakes, the pleasure of succeeding through effort and a positive attitude, together.
