Why Efficient Online Meetings?
Although different from office meetings, there are elements that have been preserved in the digital environment, but their implementation has seemingly become more challenging. We divide the course into three stages: what we do before, during, and after the meeting. We aim for rules, structure, behaviors, and methods that ensure we make the most of our time.
