Why People Management?
Formal education has primarily taught us individual skills rather than collective ones. We have learned how to excel individually but not how to build a strong team. This is why working as a team is a subject we don’t fully understand; we only intuit and shape it. This training covers the need to understand that we are different, and that’s precisely why we are a team. Furthermore, our differences are not a problem; they are how we should be to function as a complete team. Additionally, the most valuable resource has been, is, and will be the human one. Being a manager means understanding the needs of each person on your team and finding the right methods to motivate them.
