Why Creating the Team’s Culture?
As we progress through experiences, we come to understand the complexity of the human personality. And if personality is complex, the sum of personalities called a team has a fundamentally unique dynamic. Culture is the second most important thing in an organization, right next to why that organization exists and how it brings value. However, in the long term, how the team or teams function becomes a driver or a brake. This training explores the vast world of creating a culture and the different types of cultures that impact the individual, the business, and the world.
