EFFICIENT REMOTE TEAMS – HPDI

EFFICIENT REMOTE TEAMS

Performance has moved at home

DESCRIPTION

“Virtual teams are here to stay,” says Harvard Business Review, and the decisive changes in recent years show that this is the truth of the future of our professions.

Virtual teams and those who coordinate them have become key characters in their companies and their results and challenges depend on the adaptability and agility in implementing remote working methods and techniques.

All the professional aspects, from collaboration and communication skills to efficient management of infrastructure and tasks, show us that remote work is not a simple incorporation of office work into the intimate space of our homes. Participants will acquire and practice specific skills, necessary for virtual teams, receive useful tools and familiarize themselves with the best practices in the field, thus “equipping” themselves with the fundamental knowledge for managing challenging, specific situations in the new digital environment.
