THE PATH OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP

Leadership Training

Why The Path of Servant Leadership?

Glorifying the leader is one of the most common models of social appreciation. Taken to the point where the leader has some unheard of, legendary, sometimes even esoteric skills.

This is what is happening today on a different scale. Leaders learn what qualities they need to possess, how they position themselves and how they differ from others. Servant leadership is the manual of the humble leader. Whether it’s the Dalai Lama, Pope Francis, or an anonymous soldier who saved an entire team through his courage and altruism, it’s time to glorify the serving leader. This course portrays leadership in which followers are equally important, in which not only the unmatched qualities bring success and glory, but also decency, lack of pride and the power of vulnerability are legendary ingredients.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Highlighting the basic behaviors necessary for the act of leadership.
  • Normalization of leadership portrait, the characteristic of which is attention to mission and followers, rather than your own image and your own benefits.
