LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR

The purpose of the Leadership Accelerator program is to equip participants with the resources needed to maximize their leadership capabilities. This comprehensive academy involves a mix of training sessions, group discussions, self-analysis, and exercises that help both established and emerging leaders effectively meet the demands of leadership.

Participants will gain valuable insights on how to manage conflicts, cultivate a dynamic and collaborative work environment, and develop their own leadership styles. Upon completing the workshop, participants will be well-prepared to competently lead their teams using the strategies they have acquired.

SESSION OBJECTIVES:

  • Understanding the importance of leadership at all levels of an organization.
  • Appreciating different leadership styles and their impact on team performance.
  • Gaining a better understanding of the role of emotions and emotional intelligence in effective leadership.
  • Establishing a solid foundation for self-motivation and resilience.
  • Developing a healthy self-approach based on strengths and their utilization for efficiency and productivity.
  • Exploring ways to promote a Growth mindset and a Can-do attitude.

SESSION OBJECTIVES:

  • Understanding the concept of “virtues” and how they are related to leadership.
  • Appreciating the virtues of others and promoting them within the organization.
  • Deepening the courage needed to make difficult choices as a leader.
  • Making ethical decisions and consistently applying them.
  • Recognizing the importance of thoughtful communication and actions in crisis situations.
  • Developing a personal action plan to integrate virtues, courage, and temperance into one’s leadership style and the organization’s culture.

  • Understanding the differences and areas of overlap between personal and organizational values.
  • Defining actions and behaviors characteristic of these values.
  • Identifying strategies to align behaviors with values.
  • Recognizing the leader’s role in shaping the organization’s values.
  • Building trust in the professional environment through lived values.

  • Improving team empowerment and motivation skills.
  • Understanding organizational structures and their dynamics.
  • Managing the impact of organizational culture on the team and performance.
  • Developing skills to create and maintain a positive organizational culture built around the organization’s values.
  • Building a trust-oriented climate focused on solutions.

We will practice intensively what we have learned throughout the Leadership Accelerator program through a real-stakes exercise. At Pelisor Castle in Sinaia, participants will have the opportunity to apply their leadership skills and knowledge by managing the castle for 24 hours. The program will focus on management and leadership strategies to attract and welcome the 500 visitors, ensuring all their needs are met. From ticket sales to guiding tours, security, and the genuine emotions of the visitors, all aspects will require the application of critical thinking, ethics, strategy, or group psychology skills.

At the end of the program, participants will undergo a debriefing focused on evaluating results, strategies, and resources used, as well as behaviors, mindset, leadership styles, ethics, values, courage, and persuasion brought into play. The purpose of the intervention is to provide a practical leadership experience and help participants understand how they can apply their leadership knowledge in a real and challenging environment.
